Abstract:187.5%。The stimulation of alternating magnetic field on Lions mane hericium was studied by using a self-designed generator with adjustable magnetic field intensity and time. The results showed that the effects of the magnetic field on the growth of Lions mane hericium’s hypha have the sluggish functioning of the produce of polysaccharide outside the cell. When the intensity of the magnetic field is 1.06A/m, time is 12h, the dry weight of the Lions mane hericium increased 140.1%. The concentration of the Lions mane hericium’s polysaccharide increased 271.7% when the intensity of the magnetic field is 1.06A/m, time is 24h. The concentration of the Lions mane hericium’s polysaccharide increased 271.7% when the intensity of the magnetic field is 1.06A/m, time is 48h, which is the strongest stimulation of the Lions mane hericium’s polysaccharide.
