    在秸秆切碎试验台上对两端自由支撑条件下玉米秸秆切断速度和切断功耗进行了正交试验,结果表明:切割方式对切断速度的影响最大,受切的根数影响切断功耗最显著。针对秸秆、根茬切碎机的设计要求和实际切割条件,对受切根数进行了单因素试验,分析切断速度和切断功耗的变化趋势,认为在两端自由支撑条件下保持13.6m/s的切削速度,完全能切断双根玉米秸秆。

    Abstract:

    The orthogonal experiment was conducted on a test bench to test the cutting velocity and power requirement of maize stalks supported at two ends. The outcome showed that the cutting mode had the maximal influence on cutting velocity and the number of stalks to be cut obviously affected the power of chopping. For the requirement of chopper designing and factual condition of cutting, the tests for various pieces of stalks to be cut were conducted. The changing trend of cutting velocity and power were analyzed. The results indicated that two pieces of maize stalk should be chopped at a velocity of 13 6 m/s with supporting at two ends.
