Radio frequency (RF) technology was introduced. Application prospect of RF in China was proposed. RF heating technology have advantages of selective heating effect, moisture leveling effect and high energy penetration depth, and widely used in agro-product drying, insect control, sterilization and heat treatment of porous food materials.
