GD-1高压共轨柴油机电控系统标定平台设计

摘要:

基于CCP协议开发了柴油机GD-1（电控系统代号）系统的标定平台。该平台PC机端采用USB通信，ECU端采用CAN通信，利用USBCAN智能转换卡实现了与ECU准确、可靠和稳定的通信。利用LabVIEW和VC++混合编程，开发了友好的人机交互界面，实现了CCP协议的驱动程序。利用本标定平台易于实现标定数据的采集、显示、保存和标定功能。

Abstract:

Based on CCP protocol, a calibration platform for GD-1 calibration system was developed. The USB interface of PC realized accurate and reliable communication with ECU by USBCAN intelligent transfer board. Using LabVIEW and VC++ mixed programming technology, a friendly interface was provided and CCP driver was developed. Data acquisition, display, saving and calibration became easier on the calibration platform.
